Ingredients

12 oz cheese tortellini

2 cups broccoli florets, steamed

½ cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tbsp pine nuts or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and cool slightly.

Steam broccoli until tender-crisp, then chop into small pieces.

In a large bowl, toss tortellini, broccoli, pesto, Parmesan, and cherry tomatoes together.

Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle nuts on top if using.
