Description

This White Chocolate Caramel Fudge is rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet with a decadent swirl of buttery caramel. It’s a no-fuss treat that’s ideal for holidays, gifts, or whenever you crave a melt-in-your-mouth indulgence!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Base:
In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.

  2. Flavor It:
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

  3. Pour and Swirl:
Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl gently with a knife. Sprinkle sea salt if using.

  4. Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For a gourmet twist, top with chopped pecans or a sprinkle of flaked sea salt.

  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

  • Freezes well for up to 3 months—just thaw in the fridge overnight.
