Ingredients

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

Melt the Base:
In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth. -
Flavor It:
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. -
Pour and Swirl:
Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl gently with a knife. Sprinkle sea salt if using. -
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set. Slice into squares and serve.
