Ingredients

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 cups diced potatoes

3 cups seafood stock or clam juice

1 cup heavy cream

1 lb mixed seafood (fish chunks, shrimp, scallops)

2 celery stalks, diced

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Sauté Aromatics:
Melt butter in a large pot. Add onion and garlic; cook until soft. -
Cook Potatoes:
Add potatoes, celery, and seafood stock. Simmer until potatoes are tender (about 15 minutes). -
Add Seafood & Corn:
Stir in mixed seafood and corn. Cook until seafood is just done, about 5-7 minutes. -
Finish with Cream:
Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper. Heat through without boiling. -
Serve:
Ladle into bowls, garnish with parsley, and enjoy warm.
