Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1/3 cup sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp garlic (minced)

Optional: sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions

Preheat Oven: To 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.

Prepare Glaze: In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic.

Season & Sear: Season salmon with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear salmon 2–3 mins skin-side up.

Glaze & Bake: Transfer salmon to the baking sheet. Brush with sweet chili glaze. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cooked through.

Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with rice or veggies.
