Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Prepare Pastries:
Cut puff pastry into 12 small rectangles or squares. Place a small spoonful of jam and a few diced strawberries in the center of half the pieces. -
Seal and Brush:
Top with remaining pastry pieces. Press edges with a fork to seal. Mix egg and water, then brush the tops with egg wash. -
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. -
Cool & Dust:
Let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
