These indulgent layered bars feature a buttery graham cracker crust, rich chocolate mousse center, and a toasted marshmallow topping—bringing all the nostalgic s’mores flavors into an elegant, no-bake dessert.
Ingredients
Crust:

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

6 tbsp melted butter
Chocolate Mousse Layer:

1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1½ cups heavy cream (divided)

1 tsp vanilla extract
Marshmallow Topping:

2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions

Make Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a lined 8×8″ pan. Chill for 10 minutes.

Make Mousse: Heat 1/2 cup cream to simmer. Pour over chocolate chips; stir until melted. Let cool. Whip remaining 1 cup cream to stiff peaks and fold into chocolate. Spread over crust.

Chill: Refrigerate 3–4 hours until set.

Add Marshmallows: Evenly layer mini marshmallows on top.

Toast Topping: Use a kitchen torch or broiler to lightly toast marshmallows.
