Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 4 oz smoked salmon, flaked

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
