1 box (3 oz) red raspberry Jello 1 box (3 oz) blue raspberry Jello 1 cup boiling water (for each flavor) 1 cup cold water (for each flavor) 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided Clear plastic cups or small bowls
Instructions
Dissolve red raspberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir well. Add 1 cup cold water. Pour into cups to fill 1/3. Chill until set, about 1-2 hours. Dissolve blue raspberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir well. Add 1 cup cold water. Gently layer over red layer in cups. Chill until set. Top each cup with whipped topping. Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
For best layering, ensure each Jello layer sets completely before adding the next. Use clear cups to highlight the colorful layers. Optional: garnish with fresh berries or mint leaves for extra flair.
