Celebrate the cozy flavors of fall with this Pumpkin Spice Trail Mix—a crunchy, sweet, and slightly salty blend of nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and cozy spices. It’s the ultimate grab-and-go snack for autumn hikes, movie nights, or school lunches.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans

  • 1/2 cup almonds

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 cup pumpkin spice cereal (or granola)

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • Pinch of sea salt


Instructions

  • Toast Nuts & Seeds: Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss pecans, almonds, and pumpkin seeds with maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and toast for 8–10 minutes, stirring once.

  • Cool & Mix: Let toasted mix cool completely.

  • Combine: In a bowl, mix toasted nuts/seeds with cranberries, cereal, and white chocolate chips.

  • Serve or Store: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Swap white chocolate chips for dark or yogurt chips if preferred.
