Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 (15 oz) can crushed tomatoes

1/2 cup heavy cream

Salt & pepper, to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil, for garnish

12 oz cooked pasta (penne, fettuccine, etc.)
Instructions

Sauté Garlic:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1 minute. -
Add Tomatoes:
Stir in crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 5–7 minutes to reduce slightly. -
Make it Pink:
Stir in heavy cream and reduce heat to low. Simmer for another 3–4 minutes until creamy and well combined. -
Season and Finish:
Add Parmesan, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss with cooked pasta. -
Serve:
Garnish with fresh basil and more cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
