Pigs in a Blanket are classic bite-sized party favorites made with savory mini sausages wrapped in golden, flaky dough. Quick to prepare and irresistibly tasty, they’re the perfect snack for game day, holidays, or casual get-togethers.
Ingredients

1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough

24 mini cocktail sausages

1 egg, beaten (optional, for egg wash)

Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or everything bagel seasoning

Optional dips: mustard, ketchup, cheese sauce
Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Prepare Dough:
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller strips. -
Wrap Sausages:
Roll each mini sausage in a dough strip, starting from the wide end. -
Add Egg Wash & Toppings (Optional):
Place wrapped sausages seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seeds or seasoning if desired. -
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. -
Serve:
Let cool slightly and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
