Description

Crispy, golden, and bursting with savory garlic and parmesan flavor, this roasted cauliflower is a family favorite. It’s simple to make, pairs well with any main dish, and even wins over picky eaters. This is cauliflower like you’ve never had before!


Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  • Spread florets evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.

  • Roast for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

  • Sprinkle Parmesan over cauliflower and roast for another 5 minutes until golden.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for 2–3 minutes after roasting.

  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for a bright, fresh finish.
