Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Spread florets evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Sprinkle Parmesan over cauliflower and roast for another 5 minutes until golden.
