12 oz white chocolate chips or melting wafers

10 Mint Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt white chocolate in the microwave (30-second intervals, stirring in between) until smooth.

Stir in peppermint extract and a drop of green food coloring, if using.

Fold in chopped Mint Oreos.

Pour mixture onto prepared sheet and spread evenly.
