Description

This no-bake Mint Oreo Bark is a cool, crunchy treat loaded with minty flavor and cookies ‘n cream goodness. With just a few ingredients and minutes to make, it’s perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you want a minty sweet fix!


Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or melting wafers

  • 10 Mint Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (optional for extra minty flavor)

  • Green food coloring (optional)

  • Extra Oreo crumbs or crushed candy canes (for topping, optional)


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Melt white chocolate in the microwave (30-second intervals, stirring in between) until smooth.

  3. Stir in peppermint extract and a drop of green food coloring, if using.

  4. Fold in chopped Mint Oreos.

  5. Pour mixture onto prepared sheet and spread evenly.

  6. Sprinkle extra Oreo pieces or toppings on top.

  7. Chill in fridge for 30–45 minutes until firm. Break into pieces and enjoy!
