  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced and seeds removed

  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to heat.

  2. Roll out the dough on parchment paper. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic.

  3. Add toppings: Spread mozzarella, dollop ricotta (if using), and arrange lemon slices evenly.

  4. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
