Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup pastel Easter M&M’s

3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.

Mix in eggs and vanilla until smooth.

In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.

Fold in M&M’s and chocolate chips.

Scoop dough onto baking sheets, about 1 tablespoon per cookie.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool before serving.
Notes

For prettier cookies, press a few M&M’s on top of each dough ball before baking.

Chill dough for 20–30 minutes if you want thicker cookies.
