Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place in the prepared baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and basil until well combined.
4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
5. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until the top is golden and the chicken is cooked through.
7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serve with steamed vegetables, pasta, or rice to soak up the delicious creamy sauce.
