Instructions

Prep Oven & Pan:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13×18-inch sheet pan or line with parchment paper. -
Make the Batter:
In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. -
Bake:
Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 28–32 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. -
Cool & Serve:
Let cool completely before slicing into squares. Serve as-is or top with frosting or powdered sugar.
