Instructions

Make the Meatballs:
In a bowl, mix turkey, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, spices, and herbs. Form into small meatballs (about 1-inch). -
Cook Meatballs:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. -
Prepare Tzatziki:
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Stir in dill if using. -
Assemble Gyros:
Warm pita bread. Add 3–4 meatballs per gyro, top with sliced veggies, tzatziki, and feta. Garnish with herbs.
