Ingredients

1 baguette, sliced into 12 rounds

1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped

½ cup mixed olives, pitted and chopped

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Toast the Bread:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast on a baking sheet for 8–10 minutes until golden. -
Make the Topping:
In a bowl, mix chopped artichokes, olives, garlic, capers (if using), parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. -
Assemble Crostini:
Spoon the olive-artichoke mixture onto each toasted baguette slice. -
Add Cheese (Optional):
Sprinkle with feta or Parmesan for extra flavor. Serve immediately.
