Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or pork

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 tsp black pepper
Sauce:

1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp rice vinegar

1 tsp honey
Instructions

Make Meatballs:
Combine beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into 1-inch meatballs. -
Cook Meatballs:
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes until cooked through and browned. -
Prepare Sauce:
In a saucepan, combine sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Heat gently until smooth. -
Toss & Serve:
Toss meatballs in the spicy sauce until fully coated. Serve warm, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
