Description

These firecracker meatballs pack a punch with bold spices and a sticky, spicy glaze. Perfect for parties, game days, or anytime you want a finger-licking, crowd-pleasing snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or pork

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

  • 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp honey


Instructions

  1. Make Meatballs:
    Combine beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into 1-inch meatballs.

  2. Cook Meatballs:
    Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes until cooked through and browned.

  3. Prepare Sauce:
    In a saucepan, combine sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Heat gently until smooth.

  4. Toss & Serve:
    Toss meatballs in the spicy sauce until fully coated. Serve warm, garnished with extra green onions if desired.

Notes

  • Swap ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.

  • Adjust sriracha to control heat level.

  • Serve with toothpicks for easy party snacking!
