Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

  • Optional: Balsamic glaze, arugula for topping


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Toss grape halves with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes until soft and blistered.

  • Roll out pizza dough onto a lined baking sheet or pizza stone.

  • Spread ricotta over dough, sprinkle with mozzarella, and top with roasted grapes.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.

  • Optional: Top with a drizzle of balsamic glaze or fresh arugula before serving.
