Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 18 large marshmallows


Instructions

  • Make Dough: In a bowl, mix butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, graham crumbs, milk, and vanilla until a soft dough forms.

  • Shape & Roll: On wax or parchment paper, flatten dough into a rectangle (about 1/4 inch thick).

  • Add Marshmallows: Line up marshmallows in a row along the long edge of the dough.

  • Roll: Carefully roll the dough around the marshmallows to form a log, using the paper to help.

  • Chill: Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

  • Slice & Serve: Slice into pinwheels and enjoy!
