  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 1 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Make Filling:
    In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Fill and Roll:
    Separate crescent dough triangles. Place 1–2 tablespoons of chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Roll up and tuck ends if needed.

  4. Bake:
    Place rolls on baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.

  5. Serve:
    Serve warm with ranch, honey mustard, or marinara for dipping!

  • Rotisserie chicken works great for this recipe.
