Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

  2. In a bowl, toss pineapple slices with brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  4. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and caramelized.

  5. Serve warm — on its own, with ice cream, or over pancakes!

Notes

  • Use canned pineapple rings if fresh isn’t available — just pat them dry first.
