Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 23 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried basil (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)

  • Green onions & sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, basil, and pepper.

  • Assemble in Crockpot:
Place chicken in the crockpot and pour sauce over the top.
