Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs baby red or gold potatoes

  • 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds

  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced

  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)

  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth or water

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • Fresh parsley and lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

  • Layer the Base:
Add potatoes, corn, sausage, garlic, lemon slices, and Old Bay seasoning to your Crock Pot. Pour in broth or water to cover most of the ingredients.

  • Slow Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2.5 hours, until potatoes are fork-tender.

  • Add Shrimp:
Stir in shrimp and cook for an additional 15–20 minutes on high, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

  • Finish & Serve:
Drain excess liquid if desired. Drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Add more heat with a pinch of cayenne or hot sauce.
