This Crock Pot Shrimp Boil is a fuss-free take on a coastal classic! Loaded with tender shrimp, juicy sausage, sweet corn, and baby potatoes, all simmered in a flavorful broth—this one-pot wonder makes a perfect, hands-off weeknight dinner or casual gathering feast.
Ingredients

1.5 lbs baby red or gold potatoes

4 ears of corn, cut into thirds

12 oz smoked sausage, sliced

1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)

4 cloves garlic, smashed

1 lemon, sliced

4 cups low-sodium chicken broth or water

1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp butter, melted

Fresh parsley and lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions

Layer the Base:
Add potatoes, corn, sausage, garlic, lemon slices, and Old Bay seasoning to your Crock Pot. Pour in broth or water to cover most of the ingredients. -
Slow Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2.5 hours, until potatoes are fork-tender. -
Add Shrimp:
Stir in shrimp and cook for an additional 15–20 minutes on high, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through. -
Finish & Serve:
Drain excess liquid if desired. Drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
