Ingredients
For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
For the Herb Butter:

4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary

1 clove garlic, minced

Pinch of salt and pepper

1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
Instructions

Make Herb Butter: Mix softened butter with herbs, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Set aside or refrigerate.

Prep Chicken: In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Dredge chicken to coat evenly.

Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temp).

Top & Serve: Place a dollop of herb butter on each hot chicken piece. Let it melt over the top. Serve with vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes.
