Ingredients
20 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos), crushed
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
Extra crushed cookies for garnish
Instructions
1. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
4. Fold in the crushed cookies until evenly distributed.
5. Spoon the mixture into small serving cups or jars.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
7. Top with extra crushed cookies before serving.
Notes
You can layer with whole cookie pieces for texture.
For a lighter version, use whipped topping instead of heavy cream.
