Description

This hearty, flavor-packed dish combines crispy roasted potatoes, smoked sausage, gooey cheddar cheese, and zesty ranch seasoning. It’s a one-pan comfort meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends!

  • 1 ½ lbs baby red potatoes, diced

  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil and ranch seasoning.

  3. Spread potatoes on a greased baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.

  4. Add sliced smoked sausage to the pan and stir to combine.

  5. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Garnish with green onions if desired. Serve hot!
