Spice up your dinner with this bold and creamy Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Lasagna. Layers of tender chicken, zesty buffalo sauce, creamy ranch, and gooey cheese come together in a fiery twist on a comfort food classic!

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce

  • 1 cup ranch dressing

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup chopped green onions (optional)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until fully coated.

  • In a separate bowl, blend softened cream cheese until smooth.

  • Spread a thin layer of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom of the dish.

  • Layer 3 lasagna noodles, then half of the chicken mixture, dots of cream cheese, and a layer of mozzarella and cheddar.

  • Repeat layers, finishing with the last 3 noodles and remaining cheese on top.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes, until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

  • Let sit 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

  • Add crumbled blue cheese for an extra buffalo-wing kick.

  • Swap ranch for blue cheese dressing if preferred.
