Ingredients

9 lasagna noodles, cooked

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup buffalo wing sauce

1 cup ranch dressing

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup chopped green onions (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until fully coated.

In a separate bowl, blend softened cream cheese until smooth.

Spread a thin layer of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom of the dish.

Layer 3 lasagna noodles, then half of the chicken mixture, dots of cream cheese, and a layer of mozzarella and cheddar.

Repeat layers, finishing with the last 3 noodles and remaining cheese on top.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes, until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

Let sit 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
