Ingredients
For the Chicken:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

For the Spiced Rice:

1 cup long grain rice

1 3/4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

Season Chicken: Mix spices and lime juice. Coat chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Make Rice: In the same pan, add oil, onion, and garlic. Sauté 2–3 minutes. Stir in rice, turmeric, cumin, and cinnamon.
