Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions

Combine Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix together black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeños, avocado (if using), and cilantro. -
Add Dressing:
Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Toss gently to combine. -
Season and Chill:
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld (optional, but recommended). -
