This Berry Chantilly Tiramisu is a fresh, fruity twist on the Italian classic. With layers of light mascarpone cream, juicy mixed berries, and ladyfingers soaked in berry syrup, it’s an elegant, no-bake dessert that’s perfect for summer gatherings and special occasions.
Ingredients
For the Berry Layer:

2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 cup berry preserves or jam

1/4 cup water
For the Chantilly Cream:

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

8 oz mascarpone cheese

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract
Other Ingredients:

24–30 ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi)

Extra fresh berries for topping

Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Prepare the Berry Syrup:
In a saucepan, combine berries, sugar, lemon juice, preserves, and water. Simmer for 5–6 minutes, then mash slightly and strain to make a berry syrup. Cool completely. -
Make the Chantilly Cream:
Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone until smooth and fluffy. -
Assemble the Tiramisu:
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the berry syrup and layer in a 9×9-inch dish. Spread half the Chantilly cream on top. Repeat layers once more. -
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set. -
Serve:
Top with extra fresh berries and garnish with mint if desired.
