Ingredients

1 pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade, about 12-inch)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup sliced red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat. -
Prepare Chicken:
Toss cooked chicken with barbecue sauce until well coated. -
Roll Out Dough:
On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough to desired size and thickness. -
Assemble Pizza:
Transfer dough to a baking sheet or preheated stone. Brush crust edges with olive oil.
Spread chicken evenly over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Add red onion and bell peppers if using. -
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. -
Finish & Serve:
Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh cilantro if desired. Slice and serve hot.
