Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to heat preference)

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Wooden or metal skewers


Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken: Toss chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes.

  2. Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.

  3. Skewer & Grill: Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill on medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through.

  4. Sauce & Serve: Drizzle skewers with bang bang sauce before serving or use as a dip.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
