This refreshing slaw combines the sweetness of apple, the crunch of cabbage, and the peppery bite of radish for a colorful, healthy side dish. Perfect for barbecues, tacos, or light lunches!
Ingredients

2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded

1 apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), julienned

4–5 radishes, thinly sliced

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: chopped parsley or dill for garnish
Instructions

Make Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. -
Toss Slaw:
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, apple, and radishes. Drizzle with dressing and toss well to coat. -
Chill & Serve:
Let sit for 10–15 minutes for flavors to blend. Garnish with herbs and serve.
