Ingredients
For the Salmon:

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste
For the Bang Bang Sauce:

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tsp honey (optional)

1 tsp lime juice
Instructions

Prep Salmon:
Pat salmon dry. Rub with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. -
Air Fry:
Place salmon fillets in air fryer basket skin-side down. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes or until cooked through and lightly crispy on top. -
Make Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice. -
Serve:
Drizzle bang bang sauce over hot salmon or serve on the side. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
